This luxury villa reinvents the standard of refined living and vacationing on St. Maarten/St. Martin. Constructed of reinforced concrete and finished in natural materials, Villa Bahari is as welcoming and carefree as the Caribbean itself.

Your experience starts at the front door where your eyes are drawn through the living space and onto an expansive covered terrace that opens to the unabated, breathtaking views of the Caribbean. As you enter the wide-open floor plan and look out to your private pool it is difficult to discern where the pool ends and the Caribbean Sea begins.

The pool and deck area has a private direct access to the private Shore Pointe beach that is separated from Cupecoy Beach by a gated fence. This is a small clothing optional beach allowing swimming in the clear blue waters.

The spacious fully air-conditioned living/dining room offers comfortable, elegant seating and enjoys spectacular views. Indoor and outdoor spaces easily flow into one another, which completely relaxes the senses. Warm tropical nights with alfresco dining, outdoor projector for viewing TV, DVDs, WII and Xbox games. The pool includes a built in table with seating.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and is perfect for entertaining. The main level also offers an office space complete with a desktop computer and printer. And if that is not enough, there is an additional office space on the 2nd floor landing for your use.

Owner’s bedroom #1 is on the 2nd floor and has ocean views, a wrap around balcony, huge en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The king bed has a built-in pop up flat screen TV at the foot of the bed.

Owner’s bedroom #2 is on the main floor and has a king bed, French doors opening to the terrace, ocean views, en suite bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, built in TV.

Bedroom #3 is on the 2nd floor and has a corner grouping that offers 2 full size beds. It has an en suite bath with double sinks, bathtub with hand held shower and expansive ocean views.

The upper floor bedrooms open to a sitting area and 4 person Jacuzzi on the wrap around balcony. The perfect place to watch the sun set into the soothing waters of the Caribbean Sea from the relaxing hot tub or the comfort of the Dedon Oval Bed.

Bahari has been equipped with retractable screens that when open disappear into the side of the door openings to protect the villa from flying insects while casting a soft warm look onto the interior of Villa Bahari.

The immaculate kitchen offers granite counter tops and is fully equipped with modern state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, silverware & accessories and fully equipped for you to make that gourmet meal.

Shore Pointe is in the heart of the island’s ‘Gold Coast’ – strategically located on the French/Dutch border – Just a short walk away is Porto Cupecoy with marina, shops, casino and fine restaurants.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations/Transfers/Substitutions:
All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservations (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in writing by email to Lemon Drop Cove, LLC and are subject to administration fees and changes in rates. Changes in dates will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to a $200 administration fee and possible changes in rates. Should you cancel this reservation 61 days or more prior to your arrival date, your full deposit received will be subject to refund; cancellation 31 to 60 days prior to your arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to one half of the invoiced rental charge; cancellation 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be non-refundable as well as no-shows, late arrivals and early departures; HOLIDAY SEASON cancellation 60 days or less prior to your arrival date will be non-refundable as well as no-shows, late arrivals and early departures. Any refund made under this policy will be less a 15% service fee assessed against the refund value. If at the time the guest is to begin occupancy the property is not in a fit and habitable condition, or a reasonably comparable property in such condition can’t be substituted, the guest shall be refunded all payments made. Guest acknowledges that in no event shall Lemon Drop Cove, LLC be held liable for any consequential or secondary damages, including but not limited to, any expenses incurred because of moving.
To protect against cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as illness or any other personal issues, Lemon Drop Cove, LLC strongly recommends that our clients purchase trip cancellation insurance to assure refund of any deposits paid that would be non-refundable.

Rules

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed, inside of Villa Bahari. Smoking is permitted on terraces.

Locked areas: Locked pantries and closets for which guest is not provided a key are reserved for the use of the property owner and are not included in this rental. Forced entry into these areas is cause for immediate termination and guest will be charged for damage/and or missing items.
Lost, Stolen or Abandoned Articles:
Neither Lemon Drop Cove, LLC nor Windham Properties, LTD is responsible for any lost, stolen, or abandoned items.

Maintenance, Damage & Utilities: All normal utilities are included in your rental price. Guest acknowledges his/her obligation to notify Lemon Drop Cove, LLC, via phone at 949-370-3444 or via email at lemondropcovellc@gmail.com, on day of check-in of any damage or cleaning concerns. Any damages to the property during the occupancy will be guest’s responsibility. Guests are required to notify Lemon Drop Cove, LLC of any damages to the unit and/or contents during their stay. Guest hereby agrees to pay the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, which may occur as a result of guest’s occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television or satellite/wireless internet service, appliances etc.

Liability: Neither Lemon Drop Cove, LLC nor Windham Properties, LTD assume liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, which may be caused either by reason of defect, or the acts of any persons. Furthermore, guests are responsible for their rented property during occupancy, and must lock unit windows and doors securely at all times when not on the premises. Use of the swimming pool and hot tub can pose risks ranging from infections to drowning. Please use the pool and the hot tub with care and at your own risk.

Evacuations: If local, Shore Pointe at Cupecoy, Lemon Drop Cove, LLC or Windham Properties, LTD authorities order a mandatory evacuation in an area inclusive of Villa Bahari the guest in possession of the property shall comply with the evacuation order. The guest shall be entitled to a refund for each night that the guest is unable to occupy Villa Bahari because of the mandatory evacuation order.

Termination: If the guest or any member of his party violates any of the terms of this agreement, Lemon Drop Cove, LLC may, at its sole discretion, terminate this rental agreement with no refund of rents and may enter the premises and remove guest, the members of his/her party and their belongings.
