Dawn Beach
For those willing to get up early, Dawn Beach, located just south of the Saint Martin/Sint Maarten border on the Dutch side, plays host to some spectacular sunrises. Although mostly dominated by the Westin Dawn Beach Resort & Spa, visitors are able to use the hotel’s beach chairs. While the Atlantic-facing waters can sometimes be rough, those willing to brave the waves will be rewarded with some of the best snorkeling on the island.
